SERVICE TERMS
Clear packages.
Clear expectations.
These draft terms are written for UK businesses buying Element Rise reporting services.
Draft: prices, turnaround periods, cancellation treatment and insurance position must be finalised before payment is enabled. These terms need professional legal review before launch.
1. Who supplies the service?
The supplier is Muhammad Ahsan Zaheer trading as Element Rise, Suite RA01, 195–197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU, United Kingdom. Contact: contact@elementrise.co.uk.
2. Business customers
The standard packages are offered to customers buying wholly or mainly for business purposes. If you are buying mainly as an individual consumer, contact us before ordering because different legal rights may apply.
3. Your package
The package page and checkout will state the deliverables, fixed price, information required, number of corrections and working-day turnaround. Work outside that description is optional additional work and will not be charged without your agreement.
4. Ordering and payment
You can review and correct your order before using the clearly labelled payment button. The contract begins when payment is accepted and Element Rise sends an order confirmation. The confirmation will include or link to a durable copy of the package and terms accepted.
5. Information you provide
You confirm that the information supplied is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share it. Please provide only information relevant to the work. Element Rise relies on supplied information but remains responsible for performing the agreed service with reasonable care and skill, checking apparent inconsistencies and clearly stating material assumptions.
6. Missing information and timing
The turnaround starts after payment and receipt of the required information. If something essential is missing, Element Rise will contact you. The delivery period pauses while required information is outstanding and resumes when it is received. Any revised expected date will be explained.
7. Reports and corrections
The report is prepared for the agreed purpose and business. One round of factual corrections is included unless the package states otherwise. A correction fixes an error or supplied fact; a new question, new dataset, changed scope or additional reporting period is extra work.
8. Professional boundaries
Unless expressly stated, reports are not legal, investment, tax, audit, engineering or independently verified assurance. A report supports a business decision or submission but does not guarantee savings, funding, tender acceptance or another third party’s decision.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Before work starts, a business customer may request cancellation and a refund less any non-refundable payment-processing charge where lawful. After work starts, Element Rise may deduct the reasonable value of work already performed and refund any balance. If Element Rise cannot provide the agreed service, the applicable amount will be refunded. Statutory rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
10. Responsibility
Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A final, reasonable liability provision must be agreed after checking the business’s insurance and package prices; none is invented in this draft.
11. Confidentiality and data
Client files are used to deliver the service and handled as described in the privacy notice. Each party will protect confidential information and disclose it only where needed to perform the service or required by law.
12. Law and contact
The final governing-law and dispute clauses will be confirmed before launch. Questions or complaints should first be sent to contact@elementrise.co.uk.
