What happens next?

Standard packages do not require a quotation. Before launch, each package will display its fixed price, included work and turnaround in working days. Work outside the displayed package needs a separate agreement before any extra charge.

Delivery and missing information

The delivery period starts once payment and all required information are received. If essential information is missing, we contact you. If a gap emerges during the work, we explain the pause and revised delivery date. We do not silently substitute invented information.

Your information

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and for having permission to share it. Supply relevant records only; remove unnecessary personal details. Do not upload passwords or unrelated sensitive information.

Our work

The report is based on the information supplied and any sources identified in it. Element Rise remains responsible for its calculations and agreed work, and flags apparent inconsistencies or missing information. Source information is not independently audited unless expressly included. Estimates, assumptions and limitations are explained.

Before payment

Check the package details before proceeding. Read the draft service terms and privacy notice. Final prices, delivery times, retention settings, cancellation arrangements and payment processing must be confirmed before live checkout is enabled. The order confirmation should include the purchased package and accepted terms; a receipt is not a substitute for showing them beforehand.
